SKILLS CLOUD is a platform for discovering, sharing, and installing agent skills for AI coding assistants, operated by Nanbu Sangyo, Inc.. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you must sign in with a Google account via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the skills and content you publish on SKILLS CLOUD. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute it through the service.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious code, malware, or skills designed to cause harm
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the service in an automated manner beyond normal API usage

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Skills published by users are not reviewed or endorsed by us. You use third-party skills at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKILLS CLOUD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
